Responsibilities :

Serve the customer requirement via in-bound and out-bound calls
Timely completion of targets and follow up on assigned customer requests
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

Requirements :

Be between 20-30 years of age
Have exceptional communication skills.
Having trilingual ability would be an added advantage
Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and flexibility in meeting deadlines
