Senior Programme Manager

Job Description

Requirements :

• Strong Knowledge of Project Management and demonstrateable functional experience of PM & Management tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc. At least 1 year experience in current role or in a role managing multiple stakeholders to enusre delivery.
• Three - Five years of working experience.
  
• PMP certifications and strong understanding of PM. Overall working knowledge and basic understanding of development, BA, QA and operations to facilitate project delivery up to client expectations.
  
• Strong Communication Skills, Customer Facing Skills & Effective Negotiation Skills, strong sense of Result focus to guarantee delivery on deadlines and continuous improvement, understanding the value and importance of milestones achieved. Open and flexible to work non-standard hours to support delivery
  

• Strong Leadership skills to ensure accountability of multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery of project
