Drive the sales team to deliver on agreed targets and ensure a service recovery plan for any contingency.
Implement goal setting and programs for sales team and evaluate their performance.
Thoroughly examine creditworthiness of our customer base and exercise control on any payment defaults, managing agent productivity and their respective credit limits.
Ensure team members individual productivity is met as per targets.
Ensure pricing initiatives are current and following market trends and requirements of the highly competitive environment.
Establish, execute and follow-up on the annual sales strategy and objectives in line with company policies.
Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business, while focusing on the company’s goals and business plan.
Identify revenue opportunities and develop appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities in all relevant segments.
Assess account developments in terms of customer behavior, competitor activities, tools, technology and trends, and evaluate appropriate measures with the goal of profitability.
