Job Description
The HUB team is responsible for harnessing the power of open innovation to translate consumer needs into tech solutions that are commercially viable while developing, managing, and leveraging technology ecosystems to fulfil the company's wide tech needs.

Responsibilities:
Solve problems through innovative thinking.
Develop hypothesis and concepts for testing and lead product innovation projects by following open innovation methodologies.
Conduct collaborative technology and product developments with internal and external technology partners.
Manage multiple product innovation projects to ensure timely delivery of the expected outcomes to ensure satisfaction of the project owner.
Stay curious and interested about innovative global solutions and develop and manage global tech ecosystems.
Bring in technologies of strategic importance for the company.
Harness technology breakthroughs and apply them to different product development and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product R&D/ innovation that covered technology scouting, material scouting, testing and evaluation for developing novel product solutions.
Degree in Textile/Apparel engineering or relevant background.
Experience in closely working with brand/marketing teams to identify the product needs.
Experience in independently handling prototyping, testing, assessing of the solutions and the ability to pitch products.
An analytical thinker with problem solving skills and a zeal for working on multiple cross-disciplinary science & engineering projects.
Ability network and establish relationships with a multitude of stakeholders and is familiar with open innovation methodology and key aspects of the open innovation process.
Ability to engage with global ecosystem partners to independently develop relationships and conduct technology evaluations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior TEs on technical and operational aspects of projects.
Work arrangement:
A combination of remote and on-site work.
