Learning Success Consultants are the backbone of our EdTech business. They act as the bridge between the parents and teachers by reviewing student’s learning progress and synthesizing teacher’s feedback into actions for the parents. By providing regular high quality support to the parents on their children’s learning progress, a Learner Success Consultant will not only add significance to the parents and student but also guide the parents to become part of the child’s journey to success.

Responsibilities:
- Review assigned students’ lesson progress - attendance, progress tracker and feedback from Tutors and provide actionable feedback to the parents.
- Build stronger relationships with our customers by resolving customer complaints and address concerns proactive rather than reactively.
- Improve engagement and interaction of our customers with our services and platform/mobile app.
- Make recommendations to Parents & Students to help improve students learning outcomes (example: learning platform recommendations, tutoring for other subjects, change to a more suitable tutor, exam preparation webinars).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (tutors, subject specialists, academic team, cet, sales, senior management, etc.) on both customer feedback and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer experience for the parents and student during their journey here with the company.
- Achieve renewal, referral and customer satisfaction goals [Monthly incentives are provided for meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching for secondary school students (i.e. international school teachers/ tuition centers/ private tutoring) or customer facing experience in international school tuition industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the current IGCSE/IB approaches will be advantageous.
- Highly customer centric in understanding and profiling parents’ needs for their students.
- Good team player who can collaborate with respective stakeholders (teachers, curriculum planning, operations, customer success team, etc.) in ensuring high level of customer experience.
- Able to read, write and communicate English to handle English speaking customers.
