As the HR Manager, you will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with stakeholders on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with overall business objectives for all positions.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; ensure policies are implemented to enhance employer-employee relations, whilst professionally addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive/ supportive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and acts on performance improvement plans for low performers.
Responsible for the monthly payroll process while creating and updating compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.
Ensuring HR administrative processes are efficiently handled.
Conducting and monitoring employee engagement initiatives.
Assess training & development requirements to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR MIS & metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management practices.
Ideal Profile:
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR with 4+ years in Recruitment, HR Operations Management, and Strategy.
Degree or a Professional Qualification in Business Management or HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google workplace, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of computer literacy and adaptability.
Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.
Should have a laptop & stable internet connection to work from home.
Understanding of international school curricula such as IGCSE Cambridge, IGCSE Pearson Edexcel, IB, etc. is a plus.
