Job Description
Responsibilities:
Advising, reviewing and drafting
Agreements/MOUs and other related documents for Distributors/Dealers, Agencies,
Service Providers, Suppliers etc.
Follow up on validity period of all
Agreements/MOUs etc. with the respective CEOs/GMs for further action.
Drafting LODs on the request of Business
Heads and follow up on the same.
Follow up Legal Cases and Debt recovery
matters in consultation with Counsels, respective CEOs and Recovery Heads.
Handling all matters relating to Trade Marks
of the company.
Provide assistance to Business Heads to
carry-out their business activities in conformity of the Legal frame work and
regulated policies.
Attending all Company
Secretarial matters in the companies in the group.
Requirements:
Attorney-At-Law
and Certification as Company Secretary from any accredited Institute.

years of experience in similar capacity in handling Legal & Company
Secretarial activities in a reputed company, preferably in a Group of Companies.
Excellent
Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability
to perform multi task and meet deadlines.
Ability
to work with high level of responsibility.
