Diploma or above qualification
for business management / Business Administration / Human resource
Management Marketing Management or relevant customer care services qualification.
Excellent communication skills

Handling multiple countries

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience
in the same industry.
Responsibilities:
The candidate has to coordinate
with the director of the company for all the important inquiries and
correspondence.
Work closely with students,
parents, and educators to improve student outcomes and help students
succeed academically and socially.
Handling student's files.
Conduct individual counselling
sessions and assist the student for the relevant program
Update all the student inquires
and data base logs.
Develop the marketing and
counselling strategies.
Process student application and
coordinate with the international colleges and universities
Manage social media accounts.
High levels of patience and
compassion, to dealing with students with a range of academic, emotional
social, and behavioral issues.
