Proven
working experience as a project administrator in the information
technology sector.
Solid
technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in
software development and web technologies.
Conducting
a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful
project elements.
Discussing
potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and
software developers.
Determining
and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all
products in all stages of completion.
Planning
out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope,
allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication
strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
Assembling
and leading the project team.
Leading
project planning sessions.
Managing
project progress and adapt work as required.
Securing
growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
Overseeing
all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Tracking
milestones, deliverables, and changes.
Optimizing
and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Submitting
project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Facilitating
change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on
schedule and budget.
Identifying
and developing new opportunities with clients.
Obtaining
customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Serving
as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones
reached, and other pertinent information.
Delivering
completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on
the products' performance.
Managing
customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
