Responsibilities –
· Design technical training programs according to organizational requirements across multiple specializations Core engineering & product development, Operations, etc.
· Responsible for working with the Technology Heads & Technical Managers to create buy-in & validations of the design of all technical programs which will be run in the company.
· Responsible for creating & delivering (Mix of individual delivery & through partners) all fresher technical induction programs
· Develop sustainable assessment mechanisms linked to upskilling for all technical programs which will be delivered in the company (Including but not limited to Question Bank creation, Certification methodologies design, Simulation & live exercises, etc.)
· Design & publish key metrics which will clearly communicate the success criteria of the technical programs & technical competency upward movement across the organization
· Responsible for working with key stakeholders internally to identify future technical skill requirements & proactively working on developing the skills in-house
· Will be accountable for technical vendor evaluations, assessment vendor evaluations & get best-in-the-industry vendors & trainers for our organization
· Run smooth error-free Learning Operations
Capabilities -
· Microsoft Office (MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
· Excellent Communication skills verbal/written
· Plan, organize, coordinate and direct training and educational activities at management, professional and supervisory levels.
· Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies and procedures.
· Conduct training sessions and obtain the services and assistance
· of training specialists when courses and training procedures are of a specialized or advanced nature
· Participate in analysis studies with managers to evaluate and determine the effectiveness of the training programs.
· Responsible for the department’s record systems, files and training materials inventory; prepare periodic reports and summaries to keep Management apprised of training activities and results.
· Capable of providing 1-1 feedback & mentoring to employees
