Experience and Qualification
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 years of experience in supporting / change request handling in any enterprise grade application. Experience in hospital information system will be added advantage
- Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of automation product and exposure to execute SQL statement and stored procedures
- Academic experience in programming language
- Basic knowledge in windows / linux server and virtual machine
- Knowledge of networking and system infrastructure / IIS and web services / Communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for analyzing and solving support tickets received from business within SLA to minimize the business impact
- Backup and ensure database integrity. Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database
- Be responsible for business process analysis, system configuration and recommend improvements
- Manage deployments of system by identifying suitable alternatives for IT application
- Scheduling system upgrades and releases
- Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably
- Maintain proper system management related documents for the annual external audit
