You will be responsible for ensuring timely acquisition of talent, management, and development of the human capital within the organization while smoothly handling the day-to-day operations within the HR domain to achieve the short-term and long-term goals of Netmaiesta. You will be responsible for preparing talent requirements and acquisition plans, budgets while taking care of payroll activities-ensuring the cost-effectiveness of all aspects related to HR.
You also will be responsible for organizing employee welfare activities to ensure optimum work-life satisfaction for all employees. You must possess a knack for identifying potential challenges well ahead and be able to take swift action to overcome each.
You need to have the commitment to spend a minimum of 3 years within the organization and should be dedicated, motivated, honest and pragmatic individual with the ability to focus and work on delivering results
