Job Description
Implementing monthly,quarterly sales plan and managing long term advertising contracts in order to maintain a healthy inflow of revenue.
Scout and identify prospective customers with advertising needs.
Set and implement advertising standards to maintain quality of service and ensure company revenue.
Maintain good working relationship with new and existing customers to establish client base.
Close sales deals, secure contract approval, and ensure the processing of all essential paperwork.
Reviewing the performance of implemented strategies, monitor progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Monitoring direct/indirect competitor activity to ensure continuity of the current revenue flow.
Managing cross functional divisional relationships and providing required attention process related issues and resolution to encourage continuous process development.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements ;
Good team player with a go-getter attitude.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in advertising sales.
Confident communicator with good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
