Bachelors Degree in HRM / CIPM Full or part qualified
Experience:
At least 2 year experience in handling overall HR
activities. It is important to have the related experience as we need a plug
and play person. No time to train and get.
Duties:
Resolve complex employee relation issues and address
grievances whilst implementing disciplinary actions through a proper inquiry
process Should be conversant with all the HR lifecycle activities. There is a
central HR team from where all the back end services are provided. The ideal candidate
have to capture the client requirements and make sure the same is served in an
ideal manner with the support of the central HR team.
Ensure the recruitment and selection process for the
company is carried out in a timely, efficient and effective manner
in line with company guidelines
Ensure the processes in relation to employee
promotions, transfers and exit of all employees within the company are
carried out in a smooth, effective and timely manner
Be responsible for the payroll of the assigned SBUs and
ensure all necessary amendments / corrections are captured during the
payroll process
Ensure the timely and effective completion of
Performance Management activities by the SBUs assigned

Ensure labor laws and regulatory requirements are
adhered to by the organization for the assigned areas
Work Location : Kollupitya (shared services office) and
Orugodawatte (client site where the business partnering activities need to be
carried out)
