Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in HRM / CIPM Full or part qualified
Experience:
At least 2 year experience in handling overall HR activities. It is important to have the related experience as we need a plug and play person. No time to train and get.
Duties:
Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances whilst implementing disciplinary actions through a proper inquiry process Should be conversant with all the HR lifecycle activities. There is a central HR team from where all the back end services are provided. The ideal candidate have to capture the client requirements and make sure the same is served in an ideal manner with the support of the central HR team.
Work Location : Kollupitya (shared services office) and Orugodawatte (client site where the business partnering activities need to be carried out)
