KEY DUTIES
· To provide a professional high-quality front line customer training and support service.
· Release new versions and upgrades of software to existing clients.
· Provide existing client's refresher training sessions through various Internet-based channels.
· Prepare training courses content and materials.
· Set up and configuration of software and hardware, training of all stakeholders and ensuring the software is live and running to the satisfaction of the client.
· Assist in localizing content to suit the China market.
· Undertaking the above activities in a timely and effective manner.
· Gain feedback from customers on potential improvements to the software.
· Attend existing and new client meetings as required to support Business Development.
· Undertake demonstrations to showcase our Products to new and existing clients.
· Experience working in Help Desk Support Services in relation to software products.
· Experience in dealing with all levels within an organization.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrate confidence in articulating product benefits.
· Experience as Trainer, ideally in software.
· Hotel industry experience is desirable.
· You will be fluent in Putonghua/Mandarin and English both written and spoken.
· Proven ability to work with little supervision along with a high degree of integrity and efficiency.
· A demonstrable "can do" attitude.
· Possess a degree from a recognized university in IT/Business related fields.
· Familiarity is required in workstation installations, server installations, SQL server installations, etc.
· Minimum 4 years related experience.
