·To provide a professional high-quality front line customer training and support service.
·Release new versions and upgrades of software to existing clients.
·Provide existing client's refresher training sessions through various Internet-based channels.
·Prepare training courses content and materials.
·Set up and configuration of software and hardware, training of all stakeholders and ensuring the software is live and running to the satisfaction of the client.
·Assist in localizing content to suit the China market.
·Undertaking the above activities in a timely and effective manner.
·Gain feedback from customers on potential improvements to the software.
·Attend existing and new client meetings as required to support Business Development.
·Undertake demonstrations to showcase our Products to new and existing clients.
ABOUT YOU
·Experience working in Help Desk Support Services in relation to software products.
·Experience in dealing with all levels within an organization.
·Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Demonstrate confidence in articulating product benefits.
·Experience as Trainer, ideally in software.
·Hotel industry experience is desirable.
·You will be fluent in Putonghua/Mandarin and English both written and spoken.
·Proven ability to work with little supervision along with a high degree of integrity and efficiency.
·A demonstrable "can do" attitude.
·Possess a degree from a recognized university in IT/Business related fields.
·Familiarity is required in workstation installations, server installations, SQL server installations, etc.
