Assist the Director Sales in increasing on line
sales.

Coordinate
execution of online marketing efforts through approved agencies/vendors
and relevant internal teams.

Verify that
hotels within their region/cluster are participating in relevant,
approved online distribution channels.
·
Regularly audit content, images, and star ratings
on OTAs and Meta Search sites, and work with hotels to make appropriate
corrections.
·
Assist in the development and
execution of the brand marketing campaigns ( Activate Promotions according to
Brand Marketing Activities)
·
Develop the offer on Cinnamon
Hotels and Resorts website for cluster offers and create landing pages.
·
Build solid relationships with
Cluster reservations, front office teams (where relevant) to raise their
awareness, understanding, and motivation to support the online segment.
·
Stay up-to-date on and communicate industry and
competitive trends, with a focus on the domestic online travel landscape.
·
Assist
in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
·
Suggest how to promote and improve the presence of
the hotels on the web, with the aim to increase the number of bookings and
overall production.
·
Ensure that the site is kept up to date at all
times.
·
Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities
to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
Bachelor's
degree in Business Management. Marketing, Business Administration or
related major.
3
years’ experience in the sales, marketing, digital, eCommerce or related
professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred.
Knowledge and comfort with a variety of online
tools, inclusive of content management systems, CRM, web analytics and
Google Adwords.
In-depth
knowledge and experience with analytics, reporting and tracking tools like
Google Analytics.
Thorough
understanding of marketing technology (tools & tech) including
analytic packages, search platforms and data onboarding solutions.
Hands
on experience with the Google Marketing Platform including Analytics, PPC,
Search Ads and Retargeting
Strong understanding
of website design, development and tracking
