Main Responsibilities:
· Assist the Director Sales in increasing on line sales.
· Coordinate execution of online marketing efforts through approved agencies/vendors and relevant internal teams.
· Verify that hotels within their region/cluster are participating in relevant, approved online distribution channels.
· Regularly audit content, images, and star ratings on OTAs and Meta Search sites, and work with hotels to make appropriate corrections.
· Assist in the development and execution of the brand marketing campaigns ( Activate Promotions according to Brand Marketing Activities)
· Develop the offer on Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts website for cluster offers and create landing pages.
· Build solid relationships with Cluster reservations, front office teams (where relevant) to raise their awareness, understanding, and motivation to support the online segment.
· Stay up-to-date on and communicate industry and competitive trends, with a focus on the domestic online travel landscape.
· Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
· Suggest how to promote and improve the presence of the hotels on the web, with the aim to increase the number of bookings and overall production.
· Ensure that the site is kept up to date at all times.
· Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
