Responsibilities :
* Provide comprehensive L2 support for all application under his/her purview ( internal/external users or other service partners )
* Ensure overall product maintenance
* Timely mannered system / application monitoring and required controls are implemented
* Facilitate required management reports / information based on the requirement.
* Adhere to process compliance processes ( change management, SLA management, Incident management, access management
and all other processes as per prevailing process compliance matrix)
* Act as the single point of contact for all critical systems under his / her purview
* Work on activities such identifying problems that impact on going operations
* Maintaining excellent relationship with clients and internal team members
* Ability to work on shift based platform to provide more efficient customer support in MNP ( Mobile Number Portability) operations
Experience :
2 Years + experience in SQL
Previous experience in UNIX
Java / PHP / Python development skills will be added advantages
Desired Skills :
Solid knowledge in SQL is required
Computer savvy and proficient knowledge in UNIX JAVA Ms Office package and development skills
Good verbal written skills and interpersonal skills presents information effectively
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Good understanding in customer requirements
