Cross-sell/Up-sell products by clearly understanding customer’s needs
Advanced Diploma/Equivalent qualification or 2+ years’ experience in Customer service or a related industry.
Strong Customer Service Skills including attention to detail, sensitivity to customer issues, proactive identification and resolution of issues.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset.
Great IT skills – Excel, Gmail, Internet
Understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter is an added advantage.
Understanding of technical specs of mobiles and other electrical appliances will be an asset.
Willing to work on a Roster basis with 2 off days per week. Our typical work hours are between 9AM – 9PM, 365 days. Hours are extended few times a year during promotional campaigns.
Preferably reside within 15km radius from Colombo 3.
