We
are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to
expand our distributor network and drive B2B sales for solar energy products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors,
and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand thedistributor
and dealer network across assigned regions
Identify and onboard newB2B
clients (dealers, contractors, installers, resellers)
Promote and sellsolar
inverters, batteries, and related products
Maintain strong relationships
with existing distributors and key accounts
Achieve monthly and quarterlysales
targets
Conduct market research to
identify new business opportunities
Provide product training and
support to distributors and partners
Coordinate with internal teams
(technical, logistics, finance) for smooth operations
Prepare and submitsales
reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Participate in exhibitions, promotions, and
field visits
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales /
business development (B2B preferred)
Experience in solar industry
/ electrical / technical products is an added advantage
Strong communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
and meet targets
Good knowledge of MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driving license and
willingness to travel
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree inBusiness
Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum1–3 years experience in sales or
business development
