· Administer correspondence, manage incoming calls and prioritize phone messages, emails and electronic office filing systems
· Coordinating Interview process and recruitment process
· Registering employee biometrics to attendance monitoring system
· Prioritize all inquiries and requests while handling all incoming calls with grace and professionalism
· Schedule meetings and handle reservations of the conference/meeting rooms within the premises
· Coordinate office activities and maintain Employee Movement Register
· Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
· Maintain Stationary and inventory
· Laise with the management team on their schedules
· Ensure discipline is maintained for a smooth service
· Ensure leave is planned in advance in order to avoid any ad hoc emergencies
· Ensure grooming standards are met in line with the organization standards
· Attending to any tasks that may be provided to you by the management from time to time
· 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity
· Excellent “People” skills and telephone etiquette
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Computer literacy
