Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Help onboard new employees and facilitate orientation sessions.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating databases.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing team-building activities.
Help analyze employee feedback and contribute to improving workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
