Responsible for Business expansion and
securing new target Principals.
Conduct comprehensive market research to align
with our business strategy. Regularly update management with relevant insights
and propose growth opportunities, new customers, and markets.
Identify and propose new trade routes, as well
as potential transshipment opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
Provide top-tier customer service to ensure
client retention and growth. Address issues promptly while maintaining strong
relationships with customers.
Monitor and manage debt and debtors by
proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions for risk mitigation.
Manage the billing function of the division,
addressing highlighted issues and providing effective solutions.
Prepare and execute a comprehensive business
plan, adhering to the marketing budget as per company requirements.
Oversee resource allocation, performance
management, training, and staff motivation to ensure effective succession
planning within the division.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with
stakeholders and superiors to foster collaboration and transparency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the NVOCC
industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Successful completion of an
industry/business-related Degree (NVQ Level 4).
Strong marketing acumen with a proven ability
to drive business growth.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills in English.
