Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
· Planning on Account Management with Up-sell and Cross-sell plan
· Monitor prices and new products regularly.
· Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales.
· Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers.
· Follow-up
· Coordinate with Order Loading, Accounts and Technical to ensure on time customer service.
· Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders.
· Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis.
· Provide options for expansion of sales.
· Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products.
· Attend to customer complaints on products and services.
· Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
· Follow-up outstanding dues of customers, and ensure collections are made on time.
· Provide information on outstanding dues to the management.
