Master's degree (MSc.) in Microbiology or a related field. A Ph.D. in Microbiology is advantageous.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in a laboratory or R&D setting.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in various microbiological techniques, including microbial culture, identification, enumeration, and molecular biology methods.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality management systems relevant to microbiological testing (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO 17025).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficient in using laboratory equipment, software, and data analysis tools.
Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
