Job Description
Responsibilities :
Greet members as you see them, speak politely, and assist them.
Maintain the basic upkeep of all areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment are in working order.
Ensure the interior and exterior of the co-working space are well maintained.
Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders.
Complete administrative duties such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to Manager.
Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
Assist in checking and making routine repairs and assist with major repairs of all co-working equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, boilers, ventilation and air conditioning. systems, hand and power tools, general plumbing systems, and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets, and sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
Report major repair needs to the Hospitality Manager.
Assist in other areas of the co-working space as needed.
Respond to members' inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements :
Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
NVQ Level - 3 or qualification in maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, sewer and ventilation & air-conditioning systems.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to receive instructions and communicate the progress of work assignments.
