Job Description
Responsibilities :
Cleaning and maintaining the co-working space: You would be responsible for ensuring that the co-working space is clean and well-maintained. This includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, and necessary cleaning agents.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Reporting maintenance issues: You should report any maintenance issues or repairs that need to be addressed to the appropriate person or to the Manager. This helps to ensure that the co-working space is kept in good condition.
Monitoring inventory: You may be responsible for monitoring inventory levels of supplies and letting know the requirement for the management in ordering new supplies as needed. This includes items like cleaning supplies, and office supplies.
Ensuring security: You may be responsible for ensuring the security of the co-working space whilst adhering to OGF security guidelines, such as monitoring access to the space and ensuring that doors are locked when necessary.
Responding to client requests: As a housekeeping attendant, you may be the first point of contact for clients who have requests or issues. You should be able to respond to these requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
2 - 3 years of proven working experience as a Housekeeping Attendant
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery or good physical health and stamina.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
Ability to follow instructions
Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
