Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy.
Oversee accounting daily operations.
Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze accounting data.
Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Encourage other employees to adhere to standards.
Perform and oversee audits.
Provide recommendations.
Meet financial accounting objectives.
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
Excellent computer skills on MS Office.
Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases.
Ability to multitask.
Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Professional degree a plus.
