Job Description

Responsibilities :

Follow up on leads, conclude sales & customer care.
Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business.
Handling customers in a friendly manner and providing superior customer service while developing and maintaining customer relationship.
Prospects who are connecting the showroom via telephone & emails.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
Part / Full qualification in CIM/SLIM or related degree
Familiarity with major social media platforms and online applications
Creative problem – solving skills and self – starter with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline driven- environment
Good communication skills and fluency in English is a must
Age below 30 years
