Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Courteously greet customers and take care of their needs
  • Handle all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Direct parents’ and students’ concerns to relevant authorized personnel who could assist and provide solutions
  • Coordinates and prepares for meetings and special events by assisting with registrations and arranging for refreshments and necessary equipment
  • Attend to administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements :

  • An energetic and enthusiastic individual with a pleasing and charming personality
  • Excellent command in English
  • Sound educational background
  • Computer literacy
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is preferred
