Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a strong professional relationship with facility management companies, condominium or gated community management committees or managers.
• Assist and follow up merchant and partners with the onboarding process.
• On Site and Off Site assistance for Condominium Residents and Merchant Partners.
• Participate in on site customer training sessions.
• Response social media inquiries.
• Assist to conduct online surveys and share feedback with the management.
• Coordinate business meeting appointments of Board Members and the Head of Business Development.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements :

• Be a natural people person
• Confident communicator with good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage
• Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude
• Basic IT knowledge is also an added advantage
• Aged between 18 and 30
• School leavers are encouraged to apply
