Responsibilities Include:
Contribute to the development of the organization plan as a member of the core team, provide advice/ guidance to the management on all aspects related to human resources and develop/ implement organization-wide human resources procedures to facilitate organizational objectives.
Oversee the preparation of the department budget and facilitate the formulation of other relevant budgets (manpower, wage bill etc.) for the organization when required. Monitor and control the same in order to ensure that expenses are in line with the budget.
Manage the manpower planning of the organization to ensure all organizational manpower requirements are identified and fulfilled in a timely manner whilst ensuring the retention of employees by creating a satisfactory work environment.
Oversee the Performance Management process of the company, guide and advise the management on all Performance Management aspects in order to ensure employee performance is monitored/ rewarded in a consistent manner within the MAS holdings performance management framework.
Give leadership to Corporate Social Responsibility and compliance functions of the Organization.
Profile:
The ideal candidate would possess a Degree in Human Resources Management & Business Administration
Should Possess 5 – 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity.
Sound understanding of legal aspects pertaining to employment and labour relations will be an added advantage.
