Lead the development and implementation of brand strategy locally as well as internationally, building full 360° plans with the objective to drive growth and maximize brand equity and presence; to increase market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability.
Develop fully integrated go-to-market strategies across the full-funnel, forecasting brand growth potential and key KPI for demand planning and measuring performance and impact through advanced analytics.
Develop strong consumer insights to inform and optimize brand campaigns, messaging, innovation, marketing strategy, and brand positioning to build equity and brand affinity.
Partner with earned media and communications lead to drive best in class integration of PR, experiential, influencer, and content into marketing executions.
Develop strong omnichannel promotional support and integrations through a partnership with commercial team to drive sales with key accounts, ensuring timelines are met for commercial planning and partnership.
Develop strong cross-segment partnerships on larger partner brands to drive sales, ensuring strong connectivity of all internal and external partners across the brand.
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communication and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Lead creative development for all channels, strategize the direction of creative and innovative content across owned, earned, and paid, based on campaign objectives with a strong ability to drive consumers through the funnel with compelling messaging.
Lead innovation planning, including identifying key need states, market analysis, and claims, benchmarking against competition and crafting USP to drive brand growth.
Develop strong test & learn and measurement plans of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals, including implementation of optimizations and KPI’s.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales.
Network with regional & local stakeholders across functions to build category expertise, enabling share & reapply best practices into our local market and sharing out brand wins to drive scalability globally.
Qualifications;
BA/BS in Marketing or Business required, Marketing or Business preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a brand role.
A passion for branding, demonstrating strong business acumen, attention to detail and focus on results.
Passion for building brands & proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies.
Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
Up-to-date with latest trends & marketing best practices.
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics & spreadsheets.
Works well independently while possessing strong leadership & communication skills and a demonstrated history of building collaborative, lasting relationships that deliver business results.

20% Travel Required within Colombo and outer Colombo when needed.
