Kitchen Steward / Cleaner

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Stewards/Cleaners to support kitchen and food service operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the kitchen and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Wash and organize dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, sinks, storage areas, and kitchen facilities.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation duties when required.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly stored.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, catering, or cleaning environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
