Job Description:
We are recruiting candidates for construction, site supervision, HR, and general labour positions in the UAE.
General Labourer / Steel Fixer:
- Perform general construction and site support duties.
- Assist with material handling and site preparation.
- Carry out steel fixing and reinforcement work where applicable.
- Follow site safety procedures.
Foreman:
- Supervise construction workers and daily site activities.
- Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers and project management.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
HR Coordinator:
- Support daily HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate with employees and management.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience for the respective position.
- Construction experience for labourer, steel fixer, and foreman roles.
- HR/administrative experience for HR Coordinator.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
