Job Description:
We are looking for experienced hospitality and catering professionals to support camp and food service operations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily camp or catering operations according to the assigned role.
- Prepare high-quality meals and bakery products.
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Supervise kitchen and support staff where applicable.
- Monitor food supplies and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in catering, camp management, bakery, or professional kitchens.
- South Indian cuisine experience for Cook positions.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure.
