Job Description:
We are recruiting bakery professionals and support staff to join bakery operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and production of bread and bakery products.
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate bakery equipment safely.
- Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bakery areas.
- Store ingredients and finished products properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimize product wastage.
Requirements:
- Relevant bakery experience for Skilled Bread Baker and Assistant Baker positions.
- Bakery Helper experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of bread-making techniques for skilled positions.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Physically fit and able to work in a bakery environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
