𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:

✍Lead CargoWise One implementation, configuration, user training, and support projects, including basic accounting module setup and client onboarding.

✍Manage customs compliance activities, including US filings (AES, ISF, AMS, In-Bond) and European import/export declarations, while resolving related operational queries.

✍Configure and maintain CargoWise modules such as Forwarding, Warehouse Management, and Tariff & Rates to support freight, warehousing, and billing operations.

✍Provide L2/L3 Help Desk support, maintain project documentation, stay updated on CargoWise enhancements, and ensure timely delivery of

high-quality client services.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

✅Experienced CargoWise Functional Consultant with 5+ years in freight forwarding and logistics.

✅Skilled in client-facing consulting, managed services delivery, and customs brokerage compliance across US and European operations.

✅Proven experience supporting BPO and logistics service environments.

✅Bachelor’s in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or any related field.

✅Certified CargoWise Professional (CCP) certification preferred/required.

✅Strong working knowledge of CargoWise Forwarding module.

✅Strong working knowledge of CargoWise Warehouse Management module.

✅Experience with Tariff & Rates configuration within CargoWise.

✅Strong project documentation skills.

✅Process analysis and business process improvement capabilities.

✅Knowledge of customs compliance and filing requirements for US and/or European operations.

✅Exposure to quality management methodologies such as Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles (preferred).

✅Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
