We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC machinery while ensuring accurate and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Set up machines, tools, and workpieces.
- Monitor machine operations and product quality.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Measure finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC machine operating experience.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring tools and quality standards.
- Good attention to detail.
- Technical qualifications will be an advantage.
