Your Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage cadre of clinical staff attached to the department while meeting the service standards introduced
- Ensure appropriate and timely medical care is given to the satisfaction of the patients and their family members
- Regular supervision of OPD and ETU work to ensure that guidelines are adhered to and standards introduced are achieved
- Facilitate the coordination between consultant specialists, Medical officers and other staff
- Ensure that all medical staff are updated with knowledge on services available, new products launched
- Organize continuous medical education programmes for medical, paramedical and nursing staff
- Provide training on use of hospital information system for all medical and paramedical users
You Should
- The ideal candidate should possess a deg.in Medicine with SLMC full registration
- Should be computer literate, knowledge in Private Health Regulatory, Srilanka Medical Council and other statutory guidelines and medical ethics
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare industry with active involvement in patient care activities and strong personality are required
