Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to provide efficient and friendly front-line support, maintaining high standards of service, building customer relationships and trust as well as creating a few smiles along the way.
- Providing quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support, managing customer queries and interacting with customers via social media platforms.
- Identifying customer inquiries while escalating priority issues.
- Pro-actively contacting customers regarding orders.
- Directing customer complaints, requests, and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent proficiency in writing and speaking of English language is compulsory
- Customer Services experience or in a similar capacity will be a distinct advantage
- An efficient team player and ability to work under minimum supervision
- Polite, professional and friendly manner
