Requirements 



  • ·     Previous experience in a customer support role would be an added advantage

  • ·     Possesed leadership role

  • ·     Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in

  • ·     Fluency in Sinhala & English. ( Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage )

  • ·     Willing to work on a 24 hour roster distributed 9 hourly.

  • ·     Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • ·     Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
