Who we are looking for?


 


• G C E A/L’s or any other recognized equal qualification 
• Good command in English & Sinhala. Tamil would be an added advantage
• IT literacy (Ms Office Packages)
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
• Should be able to work on a roster basis


Job Role


 


• Answer all customer calls to the agreed Company standards
• Ensure that service levels & abandoned call percentages are met as per the agreed KPIs
• Make effective communication both inbound and outbound to communicate Company products, services / offers & maintain Company standards in communicating
• At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work
