Who we are looking for?


 


• Minimum academic qualifications: GCE A/LS or any other recognized qualification
• 3 + years of call center experience with a proven track record
• Previous experience in complaint handling would be an added advantage
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult customers
• Pro - activeness & Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent IT Literacy skills (Especially in MS Excel)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and impeccable attention to detail


Job Role


 


• Providing help and advice to customers and work towards an excellent customer service 
• Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPIs as per target assigned
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided
• Suggesting improvement areas as per customer feedback and self-analysis
