 Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 



  • Determining annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends
    and results

  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting with teams and developing annual sales estimates for business
    categories and territories; projecting expected sales volume and gross profit for existing and new
    products 

  • Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans

  • Maintaining & increasing the sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply
    and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

  • Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

  • Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to follow-up on the
    results

  • Initiate, plan and execute regional development, channel development activities 

  • Maintain the sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and
    appraising 

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Prepare Business Plans on business design, structure, process and operating plans

  • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategies

  • Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports

  • Motivate and monitor sales and marketing team on marketing and sales activities

  • Take decisions on approval processors

  • Conducting interviews with HR for the required Sales positions

  • Optimize the Sales teams productivity 


Qualifications & Experience  



  • Should possess an MBA

  • Should have the awareness of the fields of Performance Management,Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching,Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management 

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the field of marketing at a senior level

  • Channel management experience is a must

  • Applicants age limits should not be more than 40 years
